“Hops” Linocut

As a gardener, home brewer, and porch sitter, I have come to love hops.  They grow as a gorgeous vine that climbs a string from garden bed to rafters of my upper porch deck.  They shade my porch in the summer and provide tasty flavoring, bittering, and preservative to my home brew.  Here’s to the hop vine.  Cheers!  I hand-carved and hand-printed this linocut (linoleum block) in an edition of only 25 prints. It is my largest block print and a challenge to uniformly rub the black ink onto the large sheet of print paper.  (Ask me about this image silkscreened onto a T-shirt.  I have several available for purchase. $20-25.)
